Epic
Saint Luke's is looking for experienced team members to assist with Epic build, testing, or remote go-live support. Saint Luke's utilizes the full suite of Epic clinical and financial applications. Epic certification for needed role, and 2 years of Epic experience are required. Candidates may be asked to work complex tickets, participate on small and large projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users. Candidates should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have strong communication skills.
IT Project Management
Saint Luke's is looking for PMP-certified project managers to assist with leading technology-related projects using PMI best practices & Saint Luke's Health System IT standards. Candidates may be brought in to manage cross-functional IT projects with dependent stakeholders across the Health system.
ServiceNow
Saint Luke's is looking for experienced ServiceNow System Administrators to assist with building catalog items, reports, upgrade testing and validation, and granting access, etc., as we maintain and continue to build functionality within ServiceNow. Currently, Saint Luke's has deployed several applications within ITSM and ITBM. A minimum of one year experience with ITSM modules is required.
Workday
Saint Luke's is looking for experienced team members to assist with build configuration, custom reports, testing and validation, etc., as we add new Workday functionality. Currently, Saint Luke's has deployed Finance, Projects, Payroll and HCM and will target implementing Supply Chain Management in 2022. A minimum of three years experience with one or more Workday modules is required.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Services
Saint Luke's is looking for experienced RPA developers/engineers to automate processes within the administrative and clinical areas of Healthcare using UiPath and Microsoft software. The developer/engineer will have experience creating and deploying unattended and attended RPA bots with UiPath Software using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator and general process automation using the Microsoft Power Tool Platform. Good skills operating within a cross-functional IT and Business team are required. Expertise with both UiPath -and- Microsoft is not necessary. Experience with Epic and Revenue Cycle Management is a plus but not required.
Technical Services
Saint Luke's is looking for experienced IT staff that could assist with the design and deployment of technologies such as data and voice networking, desktop, mobility, database administration or cloud infrastructures.
IT Security
Saint Luke's is looking for experienced team members with background in development and management of Identity Services governance platforms and security operations platforms. Candidates may be asked to manage platform upgrade projects or provide technical expertise to implement specific platform capabilities. Cross functional team collaboration will also be a requirement.
